In this unit, you became familiar with species interactions, ecologicalcommunities, and the Earth’s biomes.
For this assignment, you will write an essay describing an environmentalchange that was due to a natural or human cause. The environmental changecould be due to a recent event in the news, or you may recall an event fromyour experiences. Once you have selected an environmental change for youressay, refer to the CSU Online Library for more information about theenvironmental change and the research method that was or is currently beingused to learn more about this environmental change.
In your essay, address the criteria listed below.
- Articulate the changes in species interactions.
- Illustrate changes in the ecological communities that wereimpacted.
- Categorize the changes in the Earth’s biome where the changeoccurred.
Your essay should be at least two pages in length, not counting the titleand reference pages. Support your essay with at least two academic articlesfrom the CSU Online Library. The articles should be no older than the year2000. In addition to your two academic articles, feel free to also use thetextbook and other credible sources as references. Be sure to properly citeand reference all sources using APA format.
