1. Do a quick online search for recent litigation (within the last 5 years) against an organization/employer under the Equal Pay Act of 1963. Feel free to use secondary sources such as a story from the media. Give the name of the case, short description of the facts and the result.

3. Finally, is there a biblical principle implicated in the area?
This exercise is not meant to make research attorneys out of everyone, but to show how this area of law is impacting organizations everyday.
